and make your own iOS ANE for controlling the camera?

Here’s how it works in a few simple steps:

Step 1: Download this sample code

Step 2: Go through our Camera Tutorial

Step 3: Leave a review and tell us how it worked for you.

Product Description

Camera-Test-App-GUI

This Camera Tutorial Project is a companion to our Camera Tutorial. It has the code you need to build and test a native extension that controls the native camera on iOS. This includes:

  • an Xcode library project, which controls the camera through AVFoundation
  • a Flex Library project, which wraps the native library in an ANE
  • a Flex Mobile test app project that lets you test the ANE and show a native camera preview

The Camera Tutorial walks you through making all of the above on your own. You may find it handy however to have the finished version of the code on the side.

Go on, download it and let’s go through the tutorial.
